Whatever the case, the protection of the people who inform is guaranteed, so that they, if they wish, may do so anonymously.
Those who, in bad faith, lodge false complaints, or whose sole purpose is to undermine the reputation of the company or any of its professionals, will be subject to the corresponding disciplinary procedures and sanctions in accordance with the applicable current legislation.
In order to guarantee the protection of the whistle-blowers, the confidentiality of the data and the object of the complaint, the documentation will be protected in accordance with the requirements established by the aforementioned EU Directive 2019/1937 and international regulations on data protection, especially the EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27 on the protection of general data (GDPR).

Your data will not be subject to international transfers, nor will they be shared with third parties except in accordance with legal requirements such as the competent public bodies.
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT: The information provided will only be processed to manage the complaint filed through this channel without it being able to affect, be linked to, or considered for other data processing of the informant.
LEGAL BASES: The legitimacy of said treatment is based on your consent and on the legal obligations of the entity related to LAW 2/2003, which regulates ethical reporting channels and the protection of people who report violations of European Union law; as well as Organic Law 7/2021 of May 26 for the protection of personal data processed for the purposes of prevention, detection, investigation, and prosecution of criminal offences and enforcement of criminal sanctions.
CONSERVATION PERIOD: The personal data related to the information received and investigations will only be kept for the period that is necessary and proportionate to comply with the law, and specifically, during the time essential to decide on the appropriateness of initiating an investigation of the reported facts. Whatever the case, after three months from receipt without initiating investigative actions, it must be deleted except for its blocked and/or anonymized conservation to leave evidence of legal compliance. In no case may the data be kept for a period of more than ten years.
RIGHTS OF THE INFORMANT and ANONYMITY: Some information to be provided may be mandatory in accordance with the law, so the absence of it could invalidate the complaint. In no case will personal data that is not necessary for understanding and the investigation be processed. The identity of the informant will be confidential in all cases and will not be communicated to the persons to whom the reported events refer or to unauthorized third parties, except to the judicial authority, the Public Prosecutor's Office, or the competent administrative authority within the framework of a criminal, disciplinary, or sanctions investigation. In these cases, the informants will be transferred before revealing their identity, unless such information could compromise the investigation or legal proceedings. In all cases, and if desired, the informant may provide the information anonymously in this form.
